The Class XII results for the academic year 2024-25 have been formally released by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE). The long-awaited announcement was made during a press conference led by Rajasthan School Education Minister Madan Dilawar on May 22, 2025. As they discussed important facts from the board exam results for pupils in all three main streams—Science, Commerce, and Arts—he was accompanied by Mahesh Chand Sharma, the board’s chairman and administrator.
Between March 6 and April 9, 2025, the RBSE Class XII exams took place. The tests were postponed because the Business Studies exam was moved, despite the original plan for them to end by April 5. The academic commitment of Rajasthani students has been highlighted once more by the results of this year, which show excellent pass rates across all three streams.
With an amazing pass rate of 99.07%, Commerce students came out on top among the streams. Students in the Arts stream, who had a 97.70% success rate, came in close second. The Science stream, which usually attracts a large number of applicants, had a pass rate of 94.43% in the meantime. The hard work of the pupils is reflected in these statistics, as are the coordinated initiatives by teachers and schools throughout the state to get candidates ready for these important exams.
This year, 8,93,616 students took the Class XII exams, which constituted a significant academic effort throughout the state. The Science stream had 2,73,984 enrolled students, while the Commerce stream had 28,250. Traditionally the biggest stream, the Arts stream had 587,475 test participants. Moreover, 3,907 students enrolled in the Varishtha Upadhayay exam, a key academic and cultural aspect of the state’s educational system.
Through the official website of the Rajasthan Board, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in, the results were made public. By logging onto the site using their test credentials, students may now view their unique scorecards. Students have been instructed by the board to save their results pages and keep physical duplicates for future use, notably when applying for scholarships and college admission.
The outcomes from this year demonstrate both individual accomplishments and a statewide trend of academic improvement. The Commerce stream’s consistently high pass rate of 99.07%, which is almost flawless, is evidence of its consistent performance over the years. It is also a sign of students’ increased interest in business-related courses as they get ready for jobs in accounting, finance, and commerce.
With a 97.70% pass rate, the Arts stream demonstrates the significance of the humanities and social sciences, while the Science stream’s 94.43% pass rate reflects the stream’s high standards and competitiveness, which frequently acts as a route to careers in engineering, medicine, and research.
Despite a little rescheduling, the Rajasthan Board’s successful conduct of the exams is seen as proof of its administrative competence. Teachers, parents, and students have all praised the timely publication of findings and effective coordination.
In sum, the RBSE Class XII results of 2025 show that Rajasthan has a favorable educational environment. The board’s continuous efforts to promote high-quality education seem to be paying off, as seen by the consistently high pass rates overall and the nearly nine lakh students taking the exams. The youth of the state have a bright academic future ahead of them, as evidenced by their outstanding performance across all disciplines as they advance through higher education and vocational programs.
