The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) has issued the final answer key of the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025. Candidates who had appeared for the exam are now in a position to check out the final answer key on the official website of the board, i.e., gsebeservice.com. This official release is an important step in post-examination affairs, giving candidates a sense of clarity on their performance and a chance to guess scores prior to the announcement of the final result.

As per the official notification from the GSEB, no modifications have been made to the provisional answer keys for Mathematics, Chemistry, and Biology. What this implies is that the answer keys originally released for these subjects are now regarded as final. Students who filed objections for these subjects will find that the original answers are still valid and unaffected. Nonetheless, following protests from some of the candidates on the Physics section, the board has updated the Physics answer key. The latest Physics key is now inclusive of these changes following careful consideration by the expert team.

The final answer keys are available for question paper codes (T.Q.P.) 1 to 20 in all four subjects—Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In a move towards inclusivity and accessibility, the final answer keys are available in three languages: Gujarati, Hindi, and English. GUJCET 2025 was held on March 23, 2025, at different centers in Gujarat. The GUJCET has a fixed marking system that students are required to recall while determining their approximate scores. For every accurate response, students receive one mark. Pass criteria for the test have also been outlined clearly. The candidates who are applying under the unreserved or general category need to obtain a minimum of 45 percent marks, i.e., 54 out of the total 120 marks. However, students who belong to reserved categories such as Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) need to obtain a minimum of 40 percent, i.e., 48 out of 120 marks, to be declared qualified. These cutoffs qualify aspirants for the subsequent phase of the admission procedure, so the answer key becomes a critical document for candidates.
