Starting Phase 2 summer 2025 examinations on June 28, the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) in Nashik will enroll over 80,654 students from several health science disciplines. To accommodate the great number of enrolled students and provide everyone—including repeaters and those who missed the prior session—a fair chance, the university’s summer session, including these tests, has been divided two sections. Undergraduates and graduates in medicine, dentistry, Ayurveda, homeopathy, Unani, nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and other related healthcare fields make up this group. Circular No. 52/2025, released by the university’s Examination Department on June 13, listed the names and codes of authorized testing centers so that pupils and institutions may make the required preparations. MUHS released the original summer exam schedule in January 2025. According to that notification, Phase 2 testing for some graduate programs including MD and MS in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy started on May 3, while tests for MBBS supplementary and other UG/PG health courses were planned for late June and have now been set for June 28. This stage is among the biggest tests MUHS has ever conducted, with over 80,000 participants throughout the state. Along with its partner institutions, the institute offers total logistical assistance including medical care, invigilator assignments, and seating arrangements. To help pupils with transportation, centers have been chosen all over the main regions. To ensure consistency and openness, the institution has instructed all associated schools to follow defined testing protocols. Upholding discipline, stopping misbehavior, and adhering to test rules call for strict laws. Every rule violation will be handled severely, according to the MUHS code of conduct. Students from various disciplines are now engaged. Included among these are a range of undergraduate and diploma degrees including BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing, BOT, BPT, BUMS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, and MBBS. Theoretical papers will be presented in an offline manner; the tests will be held in specified locations. This second stage affects particularly students who were considered ineligible or who missed examinations during the first phase of the program. MUHS set up the extra test session in reaction to several questions from pupils wanting more opportunities to improve their grades or remove backlogs. Students are counseled to thoroughly examine all the information on their admission cards, including the reporting time, center address, and subject-specific timetable they have already started downloading from the official MUHS website. Aside from encouraging intellectual independence, the two-phase model helps to relieve congestion and improve administrative monitoring during tests. The Examination Department has adopted a partly digital system to boost efficiency. The web provides hall passes, center assignments, and subject-specific calendars. Several schools have introduced digital seating arrangements and biometric identification to reduce errors and guarantee a flawless testing day. Students must abide by MUHS rules including coming early to testing sites, carrying printed admit cards and valid identification, and avoiding electronic device usage. Calculators, smartwatches, and mobile phones are forbidden unless the subject directions expressly state otherwise. The assessment process will begin after the tests are finished; expected results will be released progressively. Along with the theoretical examinations, the college will shortly release information on revaluation and answer key guidelines. As MUHS prepares to start Phase 2 testing, students, instructors, and support staff have been urged to work together to guarantee the success of this very important academic procedure. The strict operation of such a thorough assessment process shows MUHS’s dedication to guaranteeing academic integrity and quick development for its students. Students should regularly check the official MUHS website for the most recent information and keep in touch with their respective schools.
