Cuet Pg 2025 Registrations Closing On February 1

Share

The registration process for the Common University Entrance Test-Postgraduate (CUET-PG) 2025 is set to conclude on February 1, 2025, by 11:50 PM. Candidates aspiring to pursue postgraduate studies in central universities and other participating institutions are advised to complete their applications through the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA) at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-PG.

The CUET-PG is a critical examination for admission to postgraduate programs across numerous institutions in India. The NTA has emphasized that candidates must submit only one application form. Any individual found submitting multiple forms will face strict action, even at later stages of the admission process.

The registration procedure involves several steps. Candidates need to access the official website and select the CUET-PG 2025 link. After reaching the designated page, new users must choose the “New Registration” option. The application form requires detailed personal and academic information, along with the submission of essential documents, including a recent passport-sized photograph and a signature. The final step involves paying the application fee. Upon successful submission, candidates are advised to save a copy of the form for future reference.

Candidates will be given a window to correct any error in their application forms from February 3 to February 5, 2025. This limited period is critical for ensuring that all information submitted in the form is accurate and complete.

The key dates of the examination process have also been announced. The city center information for the exams will be published during the first week of March 2025. The admit cards that must be taken with one’s self to gain entry into the venue of the exam will be downloadable from the website of the NTA four days before the concerned exam date.

The CUET-PG 2025 examination will be conducted from 13 March 2025 till 31 March 2025. The test will be given in both English and Hindi except for certain language papers, MTech/Higher Sciences, and Acharya subjects other than Hindu Studies, Baudha Dharshan, and Indian Knowledge System. The examination makes available a total of 157 subjects for candidates to opt for disciplines that align with their academic streams and career requirements.

The CUET-PG serves as a unifying platform for postgraduate admissions, streamlining the evaluation process across institutions. Its extensive subject offerings demonstrate the inclusivity and flexibility of the examination, making it accessible to candidates from diverse fields of study.

With the registration deadline fast approaching, applicants are urged to complete their applications well in advance of the deadline to avoid technical hitches during last-minute submissions. Verifying all the details during registration is also vital so that no hassle occurs during admission. To justify this case, the NTA advises its applicants not to file multiple application forms as they severely undermine the process followed in registering.

As the exam dates near, candidates are advised to stay informed about updates from the NTA and continue their preparation strategies. The CUET-PG remains a significant step in fostering academic growth and providing access to higher education opportunities across India.
