The results for the Telangana State Council of Higher Education’s (TSCHE) 2025 TS LAWCET and TS PGLCET have been formally released. Thousands of applicants seeking admission to two-year LLM programs, three-year, and five-year LLB programs at various Telangana law colleges participated in the exam, which Osmania University conducted on behalf of TSCHE. The official website, lawcet.tsche.ac.in, now has the results available for download. Candidates may retrieve their rank cards by entering their date of birth and hall ticket number.
On June 6, the TS LAWCET and PGLCET 2025 tests took place at several locations around the state. This year, a large number of candidates signed up for and took the tests. According to officials, over 57,000 students had registered for the entrance exams, with a turnout of more than 45,000 applicants. Students were assessed on their understanding of topics such as current events, legal aptitude, general knowledge, and intellectual capacity. Overall, the exam’s level of difficulty was said to be fair, and specialists pointed out that the lack of negative scoring motivated pupils to try every question. At 35%, or 42 out of 120 points, the minimum passing grade was established.
The provisional answer keys were published on June 10, and the period for submitting objections was open until June 13. The results and the final answer key were made public by Osmania University after considering the challenges. Applicants are now able to see their grades, eligibility, and rank. The rank card contains important information such as the candidate’s name, hall ticket number, scores in each area, overall score, rank, and eligibility.
Those students who have passed the test are now eligible to take part in the counseling process, which will start shortly. In the beginning of July, the full counseling schedule is anticipated to be released by the TSCHE. The counseling procedure will consist of numerous actions, such as document verification, web-based option entry, seat allocation, and final acceptance. The candidate’s rank, category, and choices as provided during the online counseling session will determine their seat allocation. Following each round of counseling, the last list of assigned institutions will be made public. Candidates are advised to have all essential documentation on hand, such as their rank card, hall pass, academic credentials, and evidence of identification.
The announcement was made in March, marking the start of this year’s test cycle, and the online application window was also opened. April was the deadline to apply without paying a late fee, and applicants could still submit applications with a late fee until May. Hall tickets were given out a few days before the exam day, enabling candidates to attend certain locations on June 6. The entire process has now entered its last and most important stage: admissions and seat allocation, with the release of results today.
The ongoing response to the TS LAWCET and PGLCET exams demonstrates the increasing interest in legal education throughout the state. Students seeking admission to reputable law schools linked with Telangana’s universities, regardless of their urban or rural background, took part in the exams in big numbers. According to officials at Osmania University, the examination process was successful, and the number of complaints they received was lower than anticipated, suggesting a fair and unambiguous question paper.
The rank cards and the final answer key are now available on the official website. As the rank card will be needed during the counseling and admissions procedure, candidates are advised to download and save it. Candidates are also encouraged to frequently visit the official website for the most recent information on counseling dates, location information, and the list of participating organizations.
Thousands of students seeking careers in law have achieved a significant milestone with the publication of the results. Their eligibility and prospects of admission to leading universities will be determined by their results on the entrance test. With the expansion of the legal education industry in Telangana, TS LAWCET and PGLCET continue to be essential entry points for students seeking rigorous academic study and real-world experience in the field.
Students are preparing for the last phase of their admission process because the counseling process is about to start soon. They are now concentrating on making well-informed decisions regarding colleges and courses rather than on their test scores. In the next few weeks, the academic prospects of many wannabe lawyers throughout the state will be determined.
